What are the benefits of IV infusions?
IV infusions are a quick way of getting vital nutrients in the cells via a catheter inserted in the vein accessing the bloodstream and bypassing the GI tract. A few benefits would include hydration & recovery, enhanced immunity, more energy, improved athletic performance, and more.
Who perform the infusions?
All of our infusions are performed by Professional Nurses.
Does the infusions have medications in the bag?
The infusions are comprised of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that are directly utilized by your cells. However, our hang-over infusion does come with an anti-emetic which is a medication to help alleviate nausea.
How many infusions can I get?
We base your infusions upon your body’s needs. So, the amount of infusions you may require for optimal results, all depends on how you are feeling and/or lab results. Usually, you can get a minimum of one infusion a week which is recommended depending on the infusion type.
Do I need a prescription or doctor's order to get an infusion?
Not usually. Our infusions are nutrient-based, and we have standing orders to perform the procedure on a generally stable and healthy individual. If you have a serious or chronic health condition, we may refer you to our Physician for clearance or you can get clearance from your own Primary Provider. Once cleared you will be able to receive an infusion treatment.
Do you provide infusions for children?
It all depends. Some children 12 and older are able to tolerate IV access, but a physician’s order would need to be in place for children under 16 years old.
How long are the infusions?
It all depends. Typically within 30 minutes or an hour.
Can nurses travel with a client if requested?
Yes, it all depends on the area of travel as Nurses are only able to provide services within the Board of Nursing in their State. If the travel is within Florida, yes.
Do you take insurance or checks for payment?
Unfortunately, no. We only accept debit, credit cards, and cash tips for our services. However, some insurance companies may provide reimbursement for some of our services such as Labs, B12 shots, etc. We would be happy to provide the necessary information to submit to your insurance company.
